Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

1.1 Welcome to use the short drama platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") operated by Starlink Games Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").1.2 This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between users and the Company regarding platform services. Your use of the Platform shall be deemed your full acceptance of all terms herein.1.3 The Company reserves the right to revise this Agreement unilaterally. The revised terms shall take effect upon public announcement, and your continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revisions.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Users shall complete registration with true, legal and valid information. Accounts are for personal use only and shall not be lent, leased or sold to third parties.2.2 Users shall be fully responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts and properly keep account passwords. Any losses arising from user’s own negligence shall be borne solely by the user.2.3 The Company has the right to conduct real-name authentication and security verification on user accounts, and may freeze or suspend accounts that violate relevant regulations.

3. Service Content and Rules

3.1 The Platform provides users with services including short drama browsing, viewing, interaction, membership subscription and virtual recharge.3.2 Users undertake not to disseminate illegal, infringing or vulgar content; not to conduct unauthorized live streaming, screen recording or secondary distribution of platform content; and not to engage in malicious view boosting or comment brushing.3.3 All platform content including videos, texts, covers and trademarks are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the Company or relevant right holders. Any commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Membership Services (Including Recharge & Transaction Rules)

4.1 Memberships are divided into monthly, quarterly and annual types. Users can enjoy corresponding privileges such as ad-free viewing and early access after successful payment.4.2 Membership services are paid, non-permanent and non-transferable. Automatic renewal is enabled by default, which users may turn off at any time.

4.3 Recharge and Order Delivery Rules

4.3.1 After successful payment, privileges will be issued by the system in real time. Normally, membership rights and virtual points will arrive and take effect within 1 to 5 minutes.4.3.2 In case of arrival delay caused by network congestion or payment channel failure, the maximum delay shall not exceed 30 minutes. Users may check order status and privilege details in personal center.4.3.3 For recharge failures or successful deduction without credited rights, users may contact customer service with order number and payment voucher. Verified eligible applications will be prioritized for privilege reissuance; if reissuance is unavailable, full payment will be refunded via original payment channel.

4.4 Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.4.1 Membership rights, short drama access privileges and virtual points are classified as digital virtual goods. Once payment is completed and privileges are activated, no unreasonable order cancellation, return or refund shall be accepted.4.4.2 Refund applications via original channel are only acceptable under the following circumstances: duplicate payment deduction, system failure leading to undelivered privileges, repeated orders with unused rights.4.4.3 Once membership subscription takes effect, no refund shall be granted except as required by mandatory laws. Account suspension due to violations will result in immediate termination of all membership and virtual benefits without any refund.4.4.4 Reminders will be sent before automatic renewal deduction. Failure to cancel renewal in advance shall be deemed voluntary consent to deduction, and no refund will be issued afterwards.

4.5 Refund applications caused by personal reasons including mis-recharge, wrong membership selection, impulsive consumption and insufficient viewing time will not be approved.

5. User Code of Conduct

Users are prohibited from the following behaviors:

1. Violating applicable laws, regulations and public morality;

2. Infringing others’ copyright, portrait right, privacy right and other legitimate rights and interests;

3. Launching network attacks, using crawler tools, cracking or reverse engineering platform systems;

4. Conducting fake registration, malicious complaints or fraud against other users;

5. Exploiting system loopholes for profit arbitrage or reselling platform membership and virtual benefits.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Platform provides services on an "as-is" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or flaw-free service operation.6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, network failures and policy adjustments.6.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any losses incurred due to user’s improper operations or account information leakage.6.4 All fees charged by third-party payment channels, exchange rate differences and losses arising from payment delays shall be borne by users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of platform content are fully protected by relevant laws.7.2 Users grant the Company a worldwide, free-of-charge, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right to use all content posted by users on the Platform for display, promotion and adaptation purposes.

8. Privacy Protection

8.1 The Company strictly protects users’ personal information, please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed regulations.8.2 Users authorize the Platform to collect, use and store necessary information including device data, IP address and browsing records for service optimization and security maintenance.

9. Termination of Agreement

9.1 Users may cancel their accounts at any time. User data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. All purchased virtual rights and membership qualifications will expire automatically after account cancellation without cash refund or compensation.9.2 The Company has the right to unilaterally terminate services and suspend user accounts for rule violations without any refund.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.10.2 In case of unresolved disputes through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court where the Company is located.
